Helping patients understand which providers accept their insurance plans is a proven metric for improving lead conversion.

Tell Me More

Research shows that patients researching new providers for medical needs will be looking for insurance acceptance confirmation prior to an initial engagement. As healthcare markets shift and insurance plans change, patients need access to up-to-date information to guide their decision making process. For this reason, Barnet Dulaney Perkins used a data-driven approach to provide insurance information that relies  on user input, increasing lead quality and capture rates. The flexibility of the components design was key to this project’s utility as it would be implemented on multiple properties. The ability to reskin and adopt the theme of the site the component lives on allows it to blend into the property seamlessly.
